The Revolution 400 machine is ideal for waste handling areas where space is at a premium. Capable of installation inside or outdoors and available in painted mild steel or stainless steel to suit waste processing applications, installed in

• bottling lines for the removal of liquids from containers 

• in dairies for the removal of milk products and milk derivatives from packaging 

• for the removal of residual paint products from tins

• mounted on trailers for the processing of waste at multiple locations

The revolution 400 is equally useable for dewatering industrial waste or production waste: from slaughterhouses for example, for dewatering feathers or commercial greenhouses for dewatering rock wool, the machine obtains very effective results with these types of products, allowing them to be prepared for compositing, recycling or reuse.

The revolution 400 has a processing capacity of 6-8 M3/ hour, the 15 to 1 compaction ratio ensures more than 95% dewatering. 

The revolution 400 can be loaded by hand, tipping skips, binlifts, conveyors and many more ways.
