Revolution
Waste Processors
Designed to separate containers from their contents (emptying) and to ensure maximum compaction, making it possible to achieve liquid extraction rates of 95% (emptying function), the revolution thus allows the recuperation of materials with a view to their recovery for material recycling.
There are 3 sizes of revolutions available depending of throughput and size of the containers,
the smallest is the 150, medium size 400 and the largest is the 2000

Baled PET Bottles
A glass bottle breaker machine will enhance the disposal process of glass bottles by breaking them into smaller and more manageable pieces of glass, also by dewatering the contents which can then be separated from the glass. Businesses can then send the glass cullet to be recycled.
It is specially designed for industrial purposes and will meet the requirements of businesses who need to dispose of large quantities of glass bottles that are rejected during production or at the end of product life.
The glass bottle breaker allows for tipping skip, rotator or conveyor loading into the loading hopper for processing, then deposits the broken product into a tipping skip, Dolav container or vibrating conveyor to sort the liquid from the glass cullet, the liquid then travels through a collection tank fitted with weirs and a filter to ensure any glass sediment and labels don't reach the liquid discharge.
