The Revolution 2000 machine is ideal as a standalone machine for larger waste handling areas or can be installed as a complete system; integrating conveyors and downstream waste removal to suit customer production enabling the continuous feed of the revolution 2000. Capable of installation inside or outdoors and is available in painted mild steel or stainless steel to suit waste processing applications, installed in

• bottling lines for the removal of liquids from containers  

• for the removal of residual paint products from tins 

​• for the removal of drinks from aluminium and steel cans

• mounted on a Ro Ro Flatbed for the processing of waste at multiple locations

 

The revolution 2000 is equally usable for dewatering industrial waste or production waste: from slaughterhouses for example for dewatering  feathers or commercial greenhouses for dewatering rock wool, the machine obtains very effective results with these types of products, allowing them to be prepared for compositing, recycling or reuse.

The Revolution 2000 has a processing capacity of up to 15m3 / hour allowing a high throughput and performance for dewatering industrial waste on large scale, the 15 to 1 compaction ratio ensures more than 95% dewatering can be achieved.
